all furniture arrived at the destination

- Absolute miscalculation in terms of the number of staff, in the offer more moving helpers were agreed and paid down
- Construction of the furniture was booked and paid for, but did not take place
- Packing of the boxes was booked, but we had to pack more than half ourselves to make the move on the same day
- Cardboard boxes by helpers are only half full in order to create more volume in the truck and to recalculate this
- No lettering on the boxes, no bags to keep screws from the dismantled furniture separate - chaos!
- No furniture protection film for sensitive furniture: sofa, mattresses, etc. were dragged through the stairwells
- A removal worker slept in the truck and another was on the phone in the stairwell and we found that the open truck with our belongings was standing unguarded on the street (big city)
- After the work was finished, a three-digit amount was requested on site because we supposedly had more boxes than stated when we asked for the offer

After a lot of back and forth, we got a small amount refunded, but it by no means outweighs all of these annoyances and the loss of time that we have suffered.
